Chris Maimone has been in the industry since 2011. He began his career at Marcos Collision Centers where he learned the critical elements of sustaining a strong culture and operational system for coaching. He ran production at their flagship location in San Gabriel, California.

Following his time at Marco’s he joined Service King Collision Centers in 2014. He was the first to join the Quality Assurance Team for their Southern California Market. He used his strong background to help create a quality-oriented mindset within their 28 locations. He is an advocate to help women get into the industry, and he helped a young woman be the first woman to be accepted into their technician apprentice program.

In 2016, he was promoted to Quality Assurance Team lead for the Western United States. He hosted National calls stressing the importance of coaching, and quality.

From 2016-2018 he was on the Program Advisory Committee Board at Universal Technical Institute in Long Beach, California.

From 2018 to 2023 he has been the Board of Directors for Acquisitions and construction property development projections with the Maimone Group and LM Properties.

In 2022, he was featured in FenderBenders February edition and has hosted monthly podcasts since 2022. He was a speaker at the SEMA conference in Las Vegas. He spoke about how “Mindset Matters.”

Currently, he is working at Carstar Sun Valley as their Quality Assurance Management Specialist.
