Our presentation will explore four highly successful MSO owners who were each faced with unique circumstances with their business that needed growth strategies tailored for them. Our four case studies will each paint the picture of the original collision repair business, its individual needs and challenges, and the owner’s strategy for growing. We will then lay out how these collision repair entrepreneurs went about this path of growth, and lessons learned along the way. We intend for attendees of our talk to walk away with inspiration for growing their existing footprint whether through expansion or acquisition, financing tools and providers, and advice on evolving their approach to managing an expanding enterprise
