Owner, Loren’s Body Shop
Loren’s Body Shop was started in 1951 by Greg Lobsiger’s grandfather. Greg started working at the family-owned shop in early 1980s during the summers and on week nights in high school. After graduating high school, he started full-time at the shop. In 2000, he bought the business from his two uncles, Denny and Floyd.
In 2016, Lobsiger built a new 12,000-square-foot shop. His unique construction plan for the the new facility (which is at the same location) allowed him to never halt repairs on vehicles. His focus on lean processes, improving efficiency and reducing cycle time has garnered his operation awards from Enterprise for being the shop with the lowest length of rental.
