Brian Greenley purchased his first shop in 1991 at just 20 years old, and has gone on to own and operate the most successful Maaco franchise in history. Brian has built his business from six employees and $400,000 in annual revenue to a 40-person, $8 million–per-year model of efficiency, repairing more than 5,000 cars per year.
Greenley has received numerous awards, including the International Franchise Association’s Franchisee of the Year honor. Greenley participated in the Heroes of Small Business in Washington D.C., testified before a Congressional committee on behalf of policies that help small business, and has long been an advocate of continued funding for SBA loan programs and other tools small businesses need to drive economic growth. A prior feature subject in a number of Entrepreneur articles, USA Today and Franchising magazines, Brian was the first inductee of the Maaco Hall of Fame Award, established in memory of Maaco's founder, Anthony Martino.
In addition to operating his franchise on a daily basis, Brian also chairs the marketing and advertising council for Maaco corporate and is an active member of the product committee. Brian continually makes himself available to both Maaco corporate staff and all other Maaco Franchisees for support and guidance. Brian has also served on the FenderBender editorial advisory board, and been featured in the magazine on a number of occasions.
