Mike Wandrey is a 25 year bodyshop industry veteran. His career has included operating independent shops to being an executive with Caliber Collision for 20 years in the highly competitive Southern California market. His experience in multi shop operations, acquisitions, business and leadership development, and working with 1000’s of bodyshops across the US has uniquely equipped him to be a Coach and Consulting Manager with Shop Fix Academy…one of the largest automotive coaching companies in the US. He currently calls Tennessee home with his wife Heidi and their 4 children.
