Chris Sobieski has been in the automotive industry for 40 years. His career started as an independent diagnostic technician for several different independent shops in the Chicago land area. Chris is an ASE Master Certified Technician whose father owned and operated a Phillips 66 service station where he started his career for the first 9 years. After working in the family business, he worked for another local shop owner before moving into a management role at a large Tire and Service Center. In 1998 Chris left the service industry and began his career with Snap-on, first as an Equipment Consultant supporting the Sun brand. Followed up with a role as a Diagnostic Sales Specialist working with the Snap-on franchisees selling handheld diagnostic platforms. Moved back to capital equipment as a John Bean sales rep, District Sales & Service Manager then now ADAS Special Projects Manager North America. Chris has spent the last 25 years with Snap-on training technicians and shop owners on the subjects of: Business Management, Advanced Engine Performance & Drivability, Advanced Wheel Alignment Technique and ADAS Systems & Recalibrations.

I have been public speaking throughout my career with Snap-on since 1999, I have presented for the ASE Instructors Conference 2021, 2022, 2023, SCRS @ SEMA 2022, WETA Conferences, ICIAI Conferences, I-CAR & presented for the University of Northwest Ohio, College of Lake County in Illinois, and Southern Illinois University. I have also been involved in Train the Trainer for NC3 Instructors. My career with Snap-on has given me the opportunity to speak at hundreds of customer training sessions ranging from classes as small as a few people to ones with hundreds of customers in attendance.
