Sheryl was Co-Owner of Universal Collision Center from 2001-2021. Through the years, Sheryl has worn many hats, including co-owner, business manager, teacher, writer, wife, and mother of two. She works to live out her life philosophy of caring for people and delivering excellence in every area of her life. Universal Collision sold three locations in Tallahassee, Florida. Sheryl currently works as a Coach and Speaker with Collision Advice.

She has gained specialized experience in customer experience, management, event planning, writing, public speaking, teaching, relationship-building, and fiscal oversight throughout her career. She remains active within her local community through a non-profit organization she founded, The James 215 Project, Inc. Sheryl is a certified coach and trainer for the John Maxwell organization and Maxwell Certified Behavior Analysis Trainer. Sheryl currently serves on the Fender Bender Editorial board and served as SkillsUSA Florida chair in 2021. Sheryl graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s in business and marketing.
