Every day, shops are faced with the challenges of finding the talent and technology needed to ensure they can deliver on their promise to their customers. And every day, that challenge seems to become more difficult as technology continues to advance and become more prevalent on the vehicles that arrive at their shop. To meet those challenges, shop owners have considered one primary solution; add the tools and equipment and hire the talent needed to run them. But it is impossible at best to think that any shop can acquire and maintain all the technology and talent needed to service every vehicle or make every repair. This class will discuss the challenges to being service ready by having all the skills needed within the four walls of your shop. Many of the skills we’ll review will be familiar, but some will not. Our goal will be to identify the core skills you need to have available, how to assess what you currently have and discuss ways to access those you don’t.
