Yes! As part of your registration, you will receive all meals throughout the event. On top of that, we will provide most of the beverages during the event, too.

Yes! Spouses or significant others may join for $239. Please note that they may only attend the Kickoff Party and the FenderBender Party. This is to ensure the strongest business environment possible.

Yes, if they are qualified to attend. They must be a collision repair shop decision-maker (owners and managers to service writers and CSRs). All registrations will be reviewed and unqualified recipients will receive a refund. Spouses or significant others may join the Kickoff Party and the FenderBender Party with a $239 Spouse Pass.

As many as you want! Due to the amount of sessions, some will occur simultaneously with others. To avoid missing one, you can purchase our All-Access Pass which includes full-length videos of every session.

Absolutely! We have another conference, the Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, that takes place before the FenderBender Management Conference at the same venue. You are responsible for getting to and from the hotel, though we will offer free transportation for any in-conference events.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation request made in writing to events@10missions.com prior to August 1, 2022 will be eligible for a refund, less a $250 administrative charge per registered person, or a credit to be used at FBMC 2023. Any requests made following August 1, 2022 will only be eligible for the 2023 credit.

ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION POLICY: A substitute attendee from the same company may attend at no additional charge by submitting that change in writing including that new person’s contact information, email and title to events@10missions.com by August 1, 2022. The substitute attendee must meet the attendee requirement of being an collision repair shop decision-maker (from owners and managers to service writers and CSRs).

NO-SHOW POLICY: No-shows (defined as purchasing a ticket and failing to show up to the event without any notification to event management) will not be eligible for a transfer, refund or credit. The FenderBender Management Conference limits attendance to 200 paid attendees and failing to show up could mean another paid attendee cannot attend the event. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the event, please refer to the cancellation and attendee substitution policies above.
