We also adapted the "Body Shop Revolution" shop work flow process and also incorporated Gas Catalytic drying systems in our paint booths and prep stations. Our current staff consists of 19 Techs, 2 painters, 2 prep Techs, 3 Customer Service Representatives, 3 VDA or Vehicle Damage Assessors, 1 Shop Foreman, 1 Insurance Specalist, 2 Scan Techs, 1 Parts person and 1 ADAS Tech. The last couple of years I have been the Fixed Operations Manager for our Grand Forks GM Dealership and and our Honda / Nissan Dealership with the goal of taking the same work flow processes that we learned in the bodyshop and incorporate them in to our service drives and service departments. I attened Northwest Vocation School for Auto Mechancis and also the Univiersity of North Dakota for Business Management. One of my giggest acomplishments was earning the "Eagle Scout" award and in 1990, I was selcted as an "Outstanding Young North Dakotan". My wife of 40 years and I have two great sons and daughter in laws and 2 wonderfull twin grand babies. I am a huge smowmobiler and also a huge late model dirt race fan.
