Started working in my family’s body shop at age 14 in 1981. Purchased our shop in year 2000. Built a new facility in 2016. We now have 10 employees and will do $4.5mil in gross sales for 2023. We use Lean principles as our main business strategy, for continuous improvement. I am currently and have been a member of Mike Anderson's 20 groups since 2011.
